Certain features may be subject to a fee. The current prices are listed in the pricing section of our website. Payment can be made by credit card, SEPA direct debit, or other available payment methods.
5. User ObligationsYou agree not to provide false or unlawful information.You may only use the platform in accordance with applicable laws.You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
6. Term and TerminationThe free service can be terminated at any time without notice.For paid subscriptions, the minimum contract period applies. Termination is possible at the end of the contract period with 14 days’ notice, unless otherwise specified.

If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The corresponding instructions will be provided during the order process.
8. Liability
daqoon is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. In the case of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and to the foreseeable, typical damage.
9. Data Protection
The collection and processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Amendments to the Terms
daqoon reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. You will be informed of any changes by email in a timely manner. If you do not object within 4 weeks, the changes are deemed accepted.
11. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.German law applies. The place of jurisdiction – where legally permissible – is Düsseldorf.
